Bibiana gives back by offering mentorship to up-and-coming writers who are navigating the writing and publishing industry. She is especially passionate about amplifying underrepresented voices in publishing. She currently offers mentorship to unagented writers who have not been previously agented or traditionally published (self-published is fine) through AWP writer to writer mentorship program. She also provides and discusses writing tips on her various social media platforms for both writers and people considering the academia route.
